102nd South Dakota Farmers Union Convention

S. D. Farmers Union’s 102^nd State Convention is quickly approaching. We hope to see you all in attendance Thursday, Nov. 30 and Friday, Dec. 1, at the Crossroads Hotel in Huron.Festivities will be kicked off with the convention banquet and Torchbearer ceremony at noon Thursday. A variety of speakers and policy discussions are on the agenda for the two day convention. Topics will range from E30 and crop insurance, to rural healthcare and faith and farming. Guests are invited to attend A Night on the Prairie Event, featuring special guest entertainer, comedian and magician Tim Grabrielson, at 6:30p.m.Farmers Union Industries will host a complimentary breakfast at 7:00 a.m. Friday before the convention is called to order for the day at 8:00 a.m. Throughout the day guests will hear from speakers, as well as an address from Doug Sombke, S.D. Farmers Union President.
