Ask Governor Rhoden to Sign HB1052

Farmers Union Members,

Please take a few minutes to ask Governor Rhoden to sign HB 1052. HB 1052, passed the Senate 23 – 12.

This Bill makes it illegal to use eminent domain for carbon pipelines. It aligns with the grassroots policy Farmers Union members put in place.

Your Voice Was Heard!

To get eminent domain reform over the finish line we need Governor Rhoden’s signature. 

 Take Action: Contact Governor Rhoden and tell him to sign HB 1052 into law.  You can call his office at 605-773-3212 or email.

2. Click on the Contact tab in the upper right corner
3. Click on e-mail and fill out e-mail form

 When you call:

1. Respectfully and briefly state in your own words why you want him to sign the bill.
2. Thank him for his support of South Dakota property owners.
